I was trying to come up with something for Hyperion Studio's Nico model in a render. I was thinking of the hot woman alone in a bar bit. Maybe a bit semi-formal. As I toyed around, I ended up with what I felt was more a skin bird. No complaint on my part there.

My only real regrets are the hand tattoo and dog tags. I also forgot to change Nico's expression, but her natural look seemed to work well. Otherwise, this might be my best render. Not that I consider myself an artist in this realm. Still, I'm pleased.

I think the neutral expression seems to work OK here - it's like she's deep in thought. It looks like she's not staring directly at the camera which helps sell the idea.

Also, some renders kind of take their own form as they develop - you start off trying to for this, and end up with something completely different that still works somehow (and some just surprise you when you all of a sudden realize that something can look a certain way that you weren't initially aware of!).

Thanks! Always good to know that others have similar experiences in rendering. I've been toying with it on and off for a few years, but hadn't really found a good forum to discuss and share on until now.
