The Grandess of High Galgare
3D Render by Aci KayThe Northern fiefdoms belong largely to the Sovereign Counties, a collective of manors overseen by lords as loyal to the Church as to their king.
High Galgare is the seat of the holy word, and the Grandess its translator. Though her blood is, by Church definition, tainted with Ugalian influence, her work in purifying the lands of elves, fey and other irefolk is her act of penance, and she may one day even be ordained pontiff.
Of course, unless something was to stay her cleansing scythe. A spark, perhaps.
Or the breaking of a seal...
