GF8 Base with a geo shell. The face is created by setting the two expression sliders "Scream" and "Rage" to 100%. Screenshot taken in "Texture Shaded" mode.
Pretty scary, huh? At the moment, the screenshot looks even creepier than the rendered image. So I still have to work on it ...
