I just checked the scene and the light. In this image the light is behind her -120px, therefore the reflection in the eyes is lower. If the light was at 0 or any plus value, her eyes would have more reflection. Here is an animation with Victoria 9 https://www.daz3d.com/get_studio

yeah its cool she does if you look close have lights in her eyes, it's funny we know it's fake but we like it more if we can see even though the scene shouldn't have anymore light than it does so I guess I cheat on that front, However it doesn't take anything from a great render and idea so take my shit with a pintch of salt and keep giving us brilliant images please.
