The tires' movement has been done in post-processing since I don't know how to produce a blurring move under DAZ (I don't think it's possible either).

Heyy, where did you get this fantastic idea, it's as if Renoir made a steampunk painting of some wild chic riding a robotic motorcycle in his time, capturing this moment in his canvas 
I haven't seen this kind of a thing which makes you smile and have a contemplation of the scenery (use of those weeping willows and the camera dof on the closer grass added to the realism of your work).
