1970's vibe.
Either the yellow car stopped suddenly or the guy in the red car was speeding, or both. Since there is a double decker up front, they had to slow down in the end.
Nice 70's vibe. It might've been the 50's or 60's too, depending on the year you bought that car.

Mon, Sep 23, 2024I think they were both distracted by the girl in the red mini skirt. Both are too proud to admit blame and would rather come to fisty cuffs. 
It could be the late 50's or 60's. I have a couple of old photos from the 70's that have the classic colour bleed that happens with the cheep chemical substitute for silver that was used in some film stocks.
This was 3 renders (foreground of the girl, The accident is 2nd and city building 3rd layer). layered together in PS and then the whole scene additional render overlay'd with a depth map as the final layer. A total of 5 renders if you include the depth.
Experimenting as My old rig struggles with real camera effects. Depth maps are awesome
