3D Render by hugomorateI love the post-apocalyptic genre, so I just wanted to share with you one of my scenes.
Many hours in the compositing stage, imported buildings, lots of work with textures (rusty, dirty, wet).
Character designed for this scene (and for the rest of my Wasteland series). Volumetric cubes for a dirty atmosphere.

Thu, Dec 26, 2024ha ha thank you, not too much actually, 64 GB RAM and RTX 3070 12 GB ... but this scene has tons of objetcs and requires so much memory than the render was forced to be by CPU ( Ryzen 9 )
Incredible Scene. You must have spent a lot of time collecting all the wrecked cars. Water reflection and fog in the back really contribute.

Mon, Dec 30, 2024Thanks, the fog was made using a volumetric cube, it gives depth to the scene.
Hauntingly desolate image, Perfectly captures the feeling of lonelyness and destruction on a massive scale. The fog volumes add a great atmosphere. Fantastic!

Sat, Jun 13I started working on tutorials for Ultra Scenery. I have both versions and a ton of assets for them. I figure it cannot be any more difficult than E-on Vue.
