Wanted to make this look like in one of my old faery tale books, painterly effect is a mixture of Fotosketcher and effects from Photoshop.

Both images are superb and poetic, charming...If I was asked I'd say I prefer image #2...

Thanks a lot. Glad you like it. Both versions have their merits, and although most people are in favour or the "plain" render, I still like the painterly ones. Have a great new year full of creativity and your funny ideas.
