3D Render by guy91600The first picture is nice but it's not the expected result!
Finally this dress will not be dForce since it explodes
Soon in my store
G8F : Head morph Nele by Hannes-W
no post production
the third picture the dress is dForce following the advice of Beautiful Misfits
The dress easily explodes when using dForce

Have you tried the sim with hiding the hair and have the arms/hands not in contact with the dress?
Just a millimeter in distance to the dress could help. I always hide hair, cause for some reason it can cause these explosions.

Fri, Jan 03, 2025Thanks for the advice, in the end the dress is dForce, it's just the pose chosen that made it explode

Sun, Jan 12, 2025I find turning off the 'start bones from memorized pose' helps sometimes, especially with clothing. Hair, if it needs that start from the memorized pose can always be done in separate pass with it on
Dforce can sure be temperamental

Dress go BOOM!
Glad you got through it and happy that there are others who keeps their dForce oopsie renders.

I may be a little late ... but I have a small overview of dForce here on Renderhub:
https://www.renderhub.com/forum/5398/daz-control-of-the-simulation-behavior
Exploding clothing doesn't always have to do with the pose - I had a pair of knickers explode in the T pose - but with the spacing of the vertices and the simulation settings.
So: don't give up, but experiment (it's fun).
Thanks for your explosion pictures - always fun
