I never heard anything about an infamous secret Meeting at Kreutzberg of 1789, nor found any info on the web.
But, I can understand and appreciate your superb image!

But Alain, sure you have heard about the secret meeting of Ewald Eschenbeeker, the wealthy merchant and Freemason,
and Jerzyi Krumbiegel (Lickedeeler and what we nowadays call an Anarchist). Their secret plotting led to the uproar
in and around Kreutzberg and southern Bavaria, which sadly ended...
No - of course it's all made up. But the dark scenery demanded some sinister action in the foreground.
