Sun, Nov 16, 2025Its chibi for G9 by Dream Star. I'm trying to remember when I downloaded it from - I think the site I got it from is now shutdown - - I remember it was a freebie. According to the notes it needs Genesis 9 Toon Figure & Young Anime Heroes by Joe Quick to work.
If you ask in the forum someone will know if Dream Star still has it somewhere for download.
