Luck?
3D Render by maru_berlinEntry for the Contest LUCK (an exploration into the strange phenomenon known as luck) on #auroraContest
Here's a quote of how I see luck:
Luck is not chance, it's toil; fortune's expensive smile is earned. (Emily Dickinson )
... and now you decide, if you see a lucky woman - or a lucky man.

A dollar doesn't get us very far these days, so I'ma go with he's the lucky one here (if she doesn't turn around and whack him on principle...).

Wed, Mar 26, 2025People so rarely believe me when I suggest I'd be a super villain.

Wed, Mar 26, 2025The role of women as villains is grossly underestimated. Though, as I discussed in another conversation, this is deeply rooted in language: one still can not gender idiot, genius or mass-murderer.... at least not in English and to my knowledge. But I have heard of villainesses.
Thanks for the laugh!!!
I think the luck is on both sides ... even if the dude seems to help a little
Good luck!

This made me laugh. Partly because I can imagine it happening in real life

Wed, Mar 26, 2025I remember having a whale of a time sitting in an underground station, with a penny glued to the floor and a piece of old cloth that I would tear up as soon as somebody was bending down when I was about twelve....
