There's several different ways, I personally use photoshop. I collect high resolution images of beautiful smiles, and pick one that matches the direction the image is facing, as well as skin tone, then layer, smooth and finish. I posted a video that shows how I do that on one of my other images... though I can't remember which one it was linked on. There's other ways using AI, but that tends to take away the quality of the image most times.

It makes all the difference in the images. In the video, he's using a smile from the same image, where I cut it from a stock photo library that I have, but more or less the same. The key is to grab the smile lines with the smile. Good luck.
