With that Ceridwyn closed the chest and sealed it.

THE NEXT DAY

Preparing for departure was long. Ceridwyn had to collect Ryanne's map, clothing and weapons as well as Alys's cloak, although in her opinion losing the latter would only be a kindness. The other two adventurers' horses recognized Stoirm as a lead. Once they were saddled and all of the items packed, Ceridwyn only had to mount Stoirm and the other two fell in behind.

"I will send someone for the chest and once its contents have been addressed, it will be returned," Ceridwyn said, speaking to Sean.

Cróga offer his paw with the hope of persuading Ceridwyn to stay. She looked at him fondly. He sighed and seated himself again in the grass.

Lana wanted to know, "When will you return?"

"As soon as I can," Ceridwyn responded, wondering when that would be.

With that they started their descent.
