I don't think so, because when I look at the young woman, I can see how she is in the process of reflecting on her life, or at least what has happened recently.
Was that it, did I do everything right, what's next? These or similar thoughts could be occupying her mind.

Yes, you got it. Sometimes or perhaps most times all actions can have ramifications especially when taken in haste. But as we all know sometimes action taken in the moment of need or reward believing it must be done immediately or lose the opportunity or to stop an unfortunate event. This later can create a harsh reality within our selves, remorse, re-appraisal and self reflection. It's not a bad thing, however, it adds to our skills and knowledge and adds to who we are.
