Stellar Eclipse a Digital Gown in Motion
3D Render by Render scribeFully 3D gown meticulously crafted in Blender—from the first polygon to the final shimmer. This design merges the timeless sophistication of a classic gown with the blend of a cutting-edge cinematic space. The transition of light airy fabric towards the bottom of the skirt was a cycle of trial and error but I am pleased with the end result.
The flowing, expansive skirt is modeled entirely from scratch, designed to convey a sense of weightless motion and elegance under simulated gravity. It was developed using cloth simulations, refined sculpting, and layered mesh construction to ensure both visual impact and believable movement. The skirt behaves like liquid shadow—anchored in realism but free from the limitations of physical fabric.
Every surface interaction—light diffusion, specularity, translucency, and emission—was fine-tuned in Blender’s node-based system. The bodice glows with a subtle red iridescence powered by procedural noise maps and layered Fresnel effects, mimicking encrusted gemstones under theatrical light.
I've studied and practiced 3D graphics for over seven years. Other projects have recently been added to my Instagram, @DaftScribe

This is excellent! I'm a serious fashionista and love that you've captured so many eras of design. The form-fitting bodice hearkens back to the 50's when the female shape was (tastefully) emphasized , notably the tight waste. The long and full skirt recalls the late 80's and early 90's of bridal fashions when huge and massively ornate skirts where all the rage. I love this. All she needs is a bouquet and a veil....and a handsome beau waiting for her at the alter.
Good work.
Good work.

You have a keen eye
For my Instagram search daftscribe (all lowercased) it should come up.
I accidentally capitalized the letters in the link.
