The Devoted
3D Render by K_Alexander_SStarted from a sphere in ZBrush and later wrapped a head scan for the base skin pores.
Textures were hand-painted in Substance Painter along with extra displacement details that were later combined with the base from ZBrush using a custom skin shader.
Final renders were done inside of Blender using Cycles.
