3D Render by Nemmesea"The rain was pouring down, soaking the avenue, but Egan barely noticed. His damp shirt clung to his torso, marking each deep breath he tried to control. He walked slowly, as if his body were remembering something he'd been trying to ignore for too long.
He stopped. The cold pavement beneath his bare feet anchored him right at the point where his mind stopped resisting. A single thought was enough to bring her back to him: her voice close to his ear, the way she approached unhurriedly, the way she looked at him when she wanted him to surrender first.
That memory coursed through his abdomen with a direct intensity, impossible to hide. The rain trickled down his neck, tracing the line of his collarbone, and he imagined her fingers following that same path, slow, deliberate, as if they knew every place where his control began to falter.
Egan closed his eyes. The image of her so close, breathing in sync with his, almost touching him without quite doing so, enveloped him with a clarity that tightened his chest. It was desire, pure and present, demanding space in the middle of the night. The rain continued to fall, but Egan was no longer on the avenue. He was in the memory of her mouth close to his, in the warmth of her body against his, in that mixture of desire and control that always left him speechless. He closed his eyes for a moment, allowing himself to feel it without restraint, without excuses.
When he opened his eyes, the city was still shimmering around him, but he was no longer trying to hold anything back. The rain covered him completely, and his body spoke with an honesty that needed no words".
