"The room was in semi-darkness. Norma remained seated, her back relaxed and her legs extended, letting the silence surround her. The soft light barely touched her skin, just enough to reveal the calm she carried within.
A butterfly landed on her foot. Norma watched it closely. That simple gesture made her remember something she had forgotten long ago. Another butterfly brushed her shoulder, and the contact awakened a warm, gentle sensation.
She took a deep breath, wanting to feel that moment fully. Her hand rested on the sofa, steady and calm, connected to a point that gave her stability.
The light weight of the butterfly on her skin brought her a deep, almost meditative stillness. It wasn’t desire. It wasn’t tension. It was an inner presence moving forward without effort, guiding her back to a more sincere state, a quiet connection with herself so clear that time seemed to stop to accompany her".
