Carolyn never followed beauty rules.
Not because she was rebellious.
Mostly because she never bothered learning them.
One quiet morning she sat in front of the mirror experimenting with colors.
Purple shadow.
Pink lips.
Someone once told her that combination didn’t work.
But curiosity is stronger than advice.
So she tried it anyway.
And something unexpected happened.
It worked.
Not because the colors were perfect - but because confidence makes strange combinations feel intentional.
This portrait explores that moment of discovery - when experimentation turns into identity.
Rendered in "Daz Studio using Genesis 8 Female", focusing on photorealistic skin detail and expressive facial storytelling with layered Iray makeup controls.
The goal was simple:
Capture the moment when a mistake becomes a signature.
