Hazel remembers that phase well.
She learned makeup the same way many artists learn lighting or composition - by pushing things too far until the style finally makes sense.
With time came subtlety. Softer looks. Balanced palettes.
But occasionally, the bold look returns.
The magenta shadow.
The bright lip color.
The liner that frames the eyes like stage lights.
This portrait was created in "DAZ Studio with Genesis 8 Female", exploring vibrant makeup styling and photorealistic skin rendering.
The makeup variations were refined using "DD Makeup Editor", which enables layered makeup control, adjustable intensity, and non-destructive editing directly within Iray PBR skin workflows.
Because sometimes the boldest looks are simply reminders of where we began.
