3D Render by scifierIt was not designed to survive. Only to continue.
The wings were built after the extraction - something to justify what was taken. Something to make it look like transformation.
The heart is still active. Not free. Not failing. Just… maintained.
Gold does not heal. It only makes the cage look gentle.
And whatever this creature becomes, it will never know whether it was saved - or simply prevented from ending.
Modelled in ZBrush and Maya. Texturing, composition and rendering in Adobe Substance Stager. Final colour adjustments completed in Adobe Photoshop.
