Manchmal, wenn zwei einsame Seelen sich begegnen, verstummt das Universum.
Wie ein Feuer entbrennt die Faszination, die Kraft, welche die beiden Protagonisten unaufhaltsam zueinander hinzieht. Doch es ist kein gewöhnliches Feuer. Es ist älter, fordernder, wissender, alles versengend für den, der nicht achtgibt. Eine Glut, die weder Erlösung noch Untergang kennt, nur dieses endlose Verlangen, einander zu erkennen und zu verzehren zugleich.
Eng aneinandergeschmiegt, so nah, dass sich selbst die lodernden Flammen vor ihnen verneigen, können sie nicht voneinander lassen. Niemand weiß, wer die Ketten führt mit starker Hand und wer sich führen lässt. Vielleicht ist es Liebe, vielleicht ist es ewige Verdammnis, vielleicht beides zugleich.
Und doch, was auch geschieht, sie kommen nicht voneinander los, aneinander geschmiedet für ewige Zeiten. Es bleibt dieser Blick zwischen ihnen, tief und verlangend, ein unausweichliches Versprechen, eine unsichtbare Macht, die sie aneinander bindet wie das Feuer an den Atem der Hölle.

Kleine Randnotiz:
Pose, Thema, Text und sogar der Song standen tatsächlich schon seit gut neun Monaten fest. Nur Render und Postwork wollten einfach nicht so, wie ich wollte.
Offensichtlich brauchte das Ganze seine Zeit.
Gut Ding will Weile haben … sagt man ja so.
Und naja … eine Schwangerschaft dauert auch neun Monate.
Highway to Hell
Sometimes, when two lonely souls meet, the universe falls silent.
Like a fire, a fascination ignites, a force that irresistibly draws the two protagonists together. But it is no ordinary fire. It is older, more demanding, more knowing, scorching everything in its path for those who are not careful. An ember that knows neither salvation nor damnation, only this endless desire to know and consume each other simultaneously.
Clinging tightly to one another, so close that even the blazing flames bow before them, they cannot let go. No one knows who holds the chains with a strong hand and who allows themselves to be led. Perhaps it is love, perhaps it is eternal damnation, perhaps both at once.
And yet, whatever happens, they cannot break free from each other, forged together for all eternity. There remains this gaze between them, deep and yearning, an inescapable promise, an invisible power that binds them together like fire to the breath of hell.

A little site note:
Pose, theme, text and even the song have actually been set for about nine months. It just took me this long to get the render and postwork to a point where I’m finally happy with it.
Seems like it needed its time.
Good things take time… or so they say.
And well… a pregnancy takes nine months too.
