CHANGING THE COLOR
For objects with high refractive index, the easiest way to change the color is to use the 'Glossy Color'. To do this, select the lightest possible color from the bottom section of the color picker. Check out the 'Glossy Color' of the material presets
HIDE INCLUSIONS
You can hide each of the 10 Surface groups individually. To do this, set the group's 'Cutout Opacity' to 0. To speed up the rendering process, you can also set the group's 'Refraction Weight' to 0 as a precaution
LIGHT EMITTING MATERIALS
The last two material presets include Surface Groups with light-emitting settings. You can use these presets as a starting point to bring your own ideas to life
LIGHTING SCENES
I've included a few lighting scenes that I used to render the promotional images and the DAZ UI icons. The scenes feature only the Kjoobz, but not models, clothing, etc.
CAUTION: Due to the complex elements with high refractive indices, render times increase dramatically. For most images, you will have achieved sufficient image quality at 70%–90% render progress and can stop the render process at that point. The image that has already been generated is preserved and can be saved.
