Her skin is not made using the legacy transfer, but was instead transformed with Texture Transformer from BlackSmith3D
BlackSmith3D has recently released their software suite for free over at Renderosity
You'll need their texture transformer pack for genesis females to turn the TigerLily skin from G2F to G3F (Gensesis 8 ises Genesis 3 skin and Genesis 8.1 can use them)
If you want the ears, claws and teeth morphs you'll need my How to Make any Genesis 8 Female into a Tiger Elf (linked)
