Please also look at the Unit 501 Apartment Set for the broader environment. The kitchen here is quite good. The layout works well and feels practical. The chairs are the only odd point. The bases look too long which gives them a slightly awkward shape. There is also no oven and no obvious spot for one. You can shift the side cupboards across which lets you place one in, but it would have been nicer if that was already considered in the design.

Simple but good
Unit 501: Kitchen
"Unit 501: Kitchen" is composed of a kitchen, a small dining area and backroom for storage or laundry. Set up like a movie set, it has removable walls (so as to make it easier to position cameras), functional doors, windows and cabinets. Lights can be turned on individually and even the door knob can be turned.
Uses Iray mostly, but you can always repaint the kitchen as you wish.
Populate with your favorite kitchen props. Or use the optional "Unit 501: Kitchen Addons" starter set (available separately).
