NEOarch Cottage SB 001 3D Model
This is a pack of medium poly and high detailed 3d model of architectural model of classic cottage - project is created in architectural soft by architect via architectural standards and modified in 3dsmax 2017, prepared for architectural style renderings, general cg visualization or anything you like. Only exterior is designed for this time but will be updates.
No materials and No maps and no UVW mapping is available for this model pack, only standart parameters and default colors from 3ds max.
The model s files are in 5 basic formats: 3DS, OBJ, DWG, FBX, MAX and MAX file(2014) exported from 3ds max 2017.

You will get: the architectural model of NEOarch Cottage SB 001 in all 5 basic formats. Some visualizations (in jpg format) for example shown in preview image.
Note that while importing in some cg soft you may have to change scale settings for model to coincide with real scales and/or turn of auto smoothing.
