MAT49 - Airsoft MAT- 49 SMG BB Gun 3D Print Model
Hello,
What you are perhaps about to download are files for two version of MAT49 - one completely printed, other one partially metal. I d recommend you to go for metal as far as you can (at least the barrel, radiator and stock). However the printed version shall be still viable.
All dimensions were in millimeters. There might be conversion problem with your software - please check the pdf files for reference dimensions.
What you definitely need is - V3 gearbox - with grounded off sides. Inside only the gears and air set.
ARES slim short motor.
MOSFET UNIT (the microswitch is hidden inside the trigger)
AK style hop-up and barrel
MP40 AEG magazines
Modifications to the gearbox - only the gear and airset are present. Instead of classical V3 cylinder head - V7 head is being used but mounted in opposite direction - in order to move the nozzle down to be aligned with the barrel.
Also you have to modify tappet plate to accommodate for this nozzle lower position. Accordingly huger hole is being cut to the front side of the gearbox.
AK hop up camber - feeding tube is slightly shortened - you have to check proper length by yourselves due to minor dimensional differences in printing on different machines.
The gun doesn't provide any safety - safety is your finger!
Magazine dwell is not collapsible!!!!
Optional - you can use original stock, doors, front and rear sights
