Nice Model to work with.
Condominium Appartments 3D Model
This is a modern condominium with both external and internal scenes. It has a separate .Obj file for the room so it can be duplicated on all floors. It also has a swimming pool to cool yourself off.
It is a .Dae file which was created in DAZ so it easily "imports" into the program with all the .Obj files already aligned.
