I studied fine arts back in the day and from there I took interest in computer art and used photoshop to create artwork. Then 3d came about and I immediately began to recognize it's potential. I embarked on creating 3D movies using my own props and after many years - here I am.

I don't want to leave a 1-star review, because the asset in and of itself is fine. It looks good and it is very detailed. The problem for me though, is that it doesn't state anywhere that you need a supercomputer to run it. With an enormous amount of details in a relatively small m2 area, my computer just can't run it with my feeble 8GB VRAM. It should be standard and a requirement for creators to either list the VRAM load alongside the asset, or otherwise give consumers a heads up concerning performance. I have bought a LOT of assets I just have lying around because there is no standard in the industry, and it annoys me so much that I have thrown so much money at stuff I may never be able to use.
