I would not characterize myself as an active poser user however I still have an older version of poser installed (Poser 12)
because of the powerful open source ragdoll physics engine
,for Poser ,that I used in the production of one of my Sudden Death product here on Renderhub.
I have tried to support the Poser native figures
(Lafemme/Lahomme) with the same quality animation products
that I sell here and have been met with utter indifference.
Still, I would estimate that a high percentage of the ShareCG user base was from the poser community (such as it is in 2025).
With the official Renderosity marketplace now DOMINATED by Daz Genesis products it is probably not particularly encouraging for a Poser user to come here and see nearly every software title on the planet listed …..except for Poser.
Some may actually see this as a cynical attempt to recruit/convert them into the Daz Studio Eco system for which many hold a deep seated visceral hatred .
So you might wish to consider setting up a Poser section ,at a minimum, if you plan to offer them some sort of asylum
here in the ever dwindling Poser content landscape.

Sat, Apr 19Oh my goodness! I never noticed that absence of Poser from "Compatibility" category. Ya. That it a problem for Poser-head ShareCG refugees coming to RenderHUb. That alone will bounce the Poser-heads back over to Renderosity instead.

Tue, Apr 22Happy to see this, I will pass along this information on the DAZ forums because I know some people were asking about it there.
ShareCG was my primary upload site for my freebies. But about 6 months ago I began putting my newer freebies on RenderHub in parallel with ShareCG. So Renderhub has at least my more recent items already. Now I am ever so gradually putting my older items on RenderHub as well.

Adding a Poser section can't hurt, with the ability to import most poser content into DazStudio, all content is good content. The last time I used Poser was Poser 8.
Though I will say, what Anabran mentioned of the ragdoll physic in Poser12 does make me a bit curious, what other gems it may have added lately.

For clarification the Poser physics python3 plugin is not included with Poser 12-13.
It was a $50 commercial plugin for many years
Until its creator, Paul kinnane, moved on to
other things and quite generously released it as free & open source.
Perhaps it could be added to the Poser freebies section on Renderhub
