Can we get more information on IP Restricted products?

When people upload these IP restricted items, perhaps it should be a requirement that they provide more information on where the item came from. If its a straight rip from a video game, some of us user might be best off not even downloading it, cause its hard to keep track of content once its in the runtime, but outside of fan-art this stuff could be problematic.
