I think I may be slightly color blind (CLOSED)

Took a couple of tests that suggest that I may be red-green color blind to a certain extent. Can someone take a look through my gallery (some NSFW images) and let me know if you notice some kind of common color issues amongst the renders? No one has ever said anything to me about it but I've also never asked.

If so, then I must have the same eyeball issues lol. Looks great to me. Serra Angel looks a bit orange, and Untitled Comic Cover looks a bit blue, but I think it might be designed to be that way? Color looks natural in the rest.

Fri, Feb 23, 2024Yeah those were intended. Thanks for the feedback; maybe it's not as bad as I thought.

Fri, Feb 23, 2024Yeah, thought so, it seemed like it was an artistic ambience decision, and looked good.
If you think you don't see the difference in color between red and green, I suggest a simple test with Daz Studio.
make 2 plans of 1m side by side
a green base color (red 0, green 255, blue 0)
a red base color (red 255, green 0, blue 0)
You shift one of the 2 planes but they must overlap
If you don't see any difference you are colorblind (for these 2 colors)
Sometimes colorblind people see all colors as different shades of gray.
Another test is to take an image or photo in color and with software like photoshop or gimp to turn it into monochrome

Fri, Feb 23, 2024So I did as you suggested and I can distinguish the colors. But for some reason when I take those colorblind tests with the dots and numbers, there are a few of them that always look gray with no number to me.

Fri, Feb 23, 2024If you really want a serious diagnosis, an ophthalmologist or an occultist will be able to tell you if you are really color blind, but you should know that it is common for people to see one color blue and others green, especially turquoise blue tones.

Fri, Feb 23, 2024@G3 Renderworks - There are a bunch of tests like that. You'll find some fun and interesting ones here:

@guy91600 - An occultist? Like a supernatural practitioner? They do that?
I'm pretty sure you meant oculist or optometrist. But it's a funny thought, though.

Sat, Feb 24, 2024@Foxy 3D - That was a good site; it has a variation of the test that I haven't tried yet. Their red-green test said I was slightly green deficient. I'm glad it's not so bad that it affects my renders. Thanks.

Fri, Feb 23, 2024No, I'm referring to something that may be wrong with my eyesight and was wondering if anyone perceived a common error amongst my renders.
