Geometrically folded façade elements give the Crown building in Düsseldorf's city center its depth and movement, turning a mixed-use project with retail, dining, a hotel and parking into a new urban meeting point.

gmsvision created photorealistic exterior 3D renderings and photomatching to show how the building integrates into the existing cityscape. The visualizations supported planning as well as communication with investors, developers and the public.

The images present the building in daylight and evening light, highlighting the distinctive turquoise façade, the modern base with geometric details and the way the architecture responds to its urban surroundings. Accurate lighting and precise material representation make the effect of the folded façade clearly readable from street level.

Services: architectural visualization for a mixed-use building, photorealistic exterior renderings, photomatching and cityscape integration.
