Remember the scene from "Apocalypse Now" when Colonel Kurtz (Marlon Brando) first emerges?

Even though I am not a big fan of this film - this scene has remained in my memory forever and ever: At first you only see a head that hands are cooling with water (and already here Brando shows a brilliant finger play). Later, Brando's face slowly emerges from the darkness. Fantastic!
