And as quickly as the dragon figure had appeared, it was gone.
The man reappeared in its place, looking horrified, staring down the length of the table, mouth agape, asking "What is that?" in a fear strained voice.
By this time, Alys began preparing for a fight, one of her favorite activities, as she started to move back from the table.
WHAT GWYDION SAW
This man was Gwydion, a wizard of some renown.
And what was coming for him was a daemon as though from a failed summoning, mouth rimmed with teeth, leaping straight at him and arms outstretched.
