Lovecraft's Final Realisation
3D Render by LovecraftianPenguinAfter watching with distaste the growing (perceived) degeneracy occuring around him, Lovecraft finished reading the final chapter of the Necronomicon, Opened the portal and with a final look of distant indifferance left this plane of existance..

So after looking at my previous Lovecraft themed post i couldn't get it out of my head how rushed my post was, The eyes were wrong, the skin texture was far too plasticy, So i just had to rework the whole thing and take it in another direction. This time round i grabbed a bunch of referance images (Not many out there but eh)
did some post work with the skin in Affinity, used some Daz scripts for better shaping and this is the Result.
Hope any of you Lovecraft fans out there like it (And yes i know the ears aren't right but this is as far as i'm going)

This looks great. Also, worry not if you are unhappy to someonething, you can always remake and fix things until you're happy with them. Not that this looks like lovecraft but it also looks bit like Hugh Grant. -What I would give to see him on screen investigating some fil noir eldrich horrors.
