Turtleneck? ARRGGHHHHH!!!!!

HONESTLY!!!!!
As a child, I was often squeezed into one of those things: tight, thin, white, made of polyester. Every single roll of fat was visible. Add to that gray fabric pants (no Jeans) and the long-haired look that was common at the time - and there you had it, Grandma's favorite (and my personal nightmare when I looked in the mirror). A traumatic childhood, I can tell you that much.
On the other hand...
I have to admit that Turtlenecks look fantastic on some people and 3D models (as long as they don't look like me

Unfortunately, I still don't like this attempt (I think it's the fourth). The effect is there, but the mesh is so low poly (just under 2K) that sculpting is hardly possible.
So back to the workbench.

I'd rather freeze than wearing a turtleneck, cause the feeling as if being strangled is awful.
