The eye of justice never closes. From the dawn of time, even before the Earth as we know it existed, somewhere in the distant universe the concept of Justice was born, and with it, Dikaiara, Justice herself.

Now Dikaiara has opened her eye upon us, and has brought down her divine sword so that Justice may be done in her stead. Only one hand, guided by her, may wield it.
