Silent Alarm
3D Render by webstunnerIn a darkened room, tension mounts as a woman finds herself in a precarious situation. Hiding under the bed, she grips a gun with one hand and a cellphone with the other, her eyes wide with fear. Her cellphone casts an eerie glow that barely illuminates her face and the ominous shadow of a stranger's foot visible in the room. This intense scene captures a moment of grave decision: to call for help or to defend herself.

This was a render I made for an old contest: THE ART OF LIGHT RENDER CONTEST
I didn't even make it to Honorable mention. It was such a letdown, I almost quit RENDERHUB contests after this.
But the contest pushed me to new heights and allowed me to grow as an artist. I made one big mistake on this one tho, and its the jeans - forgot to enable subdivision.

The lighting is fantastic on the woman from the phone. I was drawn to the woman's face and then the foot came into focus. You created great tension in the scene. Wonderful job.
