I have an ever-growing stable of Kooki99 G9 / 8.1 characters, many of whom make it into the multitudes of characters I've built for my RP universe. They're malleable and smush well into other characters. I'm also a huge fan of the fact that no two look alike. At all. Their skins lean towards warm gray much in the same way that a lot of Daz's are often red-centric. Pairing them up can be a pain with lighting, especially for those of us who may be a bit more color-theory (and lighting!) challenged.

I love Regis. He's no longer a Roman soldier, but will forever enjoy the title of "Best Fisherman this side o' the Divide!" He's also a quest giver (darn those dreaded collection quests). And I need to find him a tobacco pipe.

I LOVE Kooki99's characters. You are totally right that now two look alike - one of the unique things about them as an artist smile

The fact that you noticed the skin tones and the lighting issues tells me that you are much more color theory and lighting savvy than you realize! wink

Discord had to send me an email because I've been logged out so long it thinks I forgot it existed, ha! I saw the link, and THANK YOU. Not only is that pipe collection extensive and diverse, but also on sale. Win/win. I log into Deviant Art every once in a while just to go over and fan-girl at Kooki, always hoping it's more encouraging than it might be creepy, lol. Donatien became the foundation for one of my monster hunters. Ikaika is the beef behind Baros's character. I could gush on and on.

Also, yanno, I hadn't considered that it might be a "branch" of color theory I was yammering on about. Again, ha! I just started experimenting with Booker, but Capucine is on my must-have list. You have her? Is she as purdy as she looks?

I knew Daz killed comments in their gallery, but I didn't know they'd shut it down completely. So, glad to have you here, even if it's just for a while. Seein' what alla ya'll experts can do challenges me to try harder. Also, the added benefit of fabulous comments. Thank you!

Believe or not, I actually don't have Capucine. I don't know how I missed her! LOL I don't have Booker either. Boy am I slacking!
