Before the development of adaptive Companion and Escort Systems, the early research efforts of "Bionic Dreams focused primarily on the functional integration of synthetic components within humanoid units.
However, during long-term observation cycles of personalized models, researchers discovered that emotional identity and individual behavioral patterns could not only be simulated, but actively evolve over time.
The internal CANERE Protocol marked the transition from standardized functional units to the emotionally readable personality models that would later become the foundation of the company's most successful systems.
The name “Canerederives from the Latin term meaning “to sing,“to tell a story,or “to create emotional resonance.Within the research program, it became synonymous with adaptive human interaction and emotional responsiveness.
The deliberate individualization of external characteristics, including hair structure, skin variations, asymmetrical implant integration, and controlled organic imperfections is now considered a fundamental element of modern high-end CANERE units.
All current product lines continue to be based on expanded variants of the original CANERE Protocols and still carry their emotional core architecture today.

Technical Making Of
Character creation and rendering were completed entirely in DAZ Studio using Genesis 9 assets together with customized morph, material, and lighting configurations.
For the final image, two different render states of the same unit were created and later combined in Photoshop to visually emphasize the transitional phase between organic perception and synthetic identity.
The intentional overlap of human and technological image elements was designed to support the experimental nature of the early CANERE Protocol while simultaneously creating a sense of emotional familiarity within the artificial representation.
Final postwork in Photoshop was intentionally restrained and focused primarily on subtle adjustments to light hierarchy, atmosphere, and visual focus in order to preserve the original render's character.
Within company history, this image is regarded as the symbolic origin of the modern CANERE Companion Systems. For that reason, the final presentation was treated much like an official corporate portrait and has reportedly hung above the desk of every CEO ever since.
Rumor has it that the founder's wife had long red hair.
