General clarification about my latest work. My work is based on 80% Daz3d, my characters, and my renders. 10% IC Lightv2, which is in Hugginsface spaces. And 10% PhotoshopCS6 with the final touch-up. I already explained this to Renderhub in the DM they sent me tonight. I never hid anything. You could say they are hybrid works. That being the case, I don't do it locally in my AI program, precisely to respect the rules and make my characters as they are. That light changes the skin... well, we all know that depending on how the lights are placed, etc., the skin looks one way or another. In fact, I always post the original so you can see that it's the same render.

Hey, I don't know why you need to write the clarification - it would never have occurred to me to pin something with AI on you - but thanks for all the info 
I have admired and envied your last pictures. And since you show a) the programs used and b) the original render, there should be clarity for everyone ... even if a photo background is used. I would have to fiddle with the DAZ sliders for all eternity to achieve such lighting quality ... and wouldn't even come close to your quality
And nobody here should really have anything against post proc - after all, this (like everything else within DAZ) is manual work and not done automatically by some machines.

In the grand scheme of things I don't care what you do, but if you take an averge 3D render and run it through an AI tool, then the final output is an enhanced AI image.
And the idea that you only give it 10% influence when obviously the AI software changed and enhanced the lighting on the entire input of the character figure, so almost every pixel was altered in some way, and then add an AI generated background, since some your input art was against a solid color or minimalist backdrop,
well that substantially generated by AI threshold is getting ever closer.
As I said, I dont care, but if someone reported it, there is enough here to be justified in being bother by it.
As Anabran said, AI is here to stay, but if there are rules difficult to be enforced, they should still be upheld as guidelines atleast.

Sun, Jun 01This is definitely rendered in AI, note the smooth eyebrow muscles between the two, not to mention the smoother, unpronounced knuckles, thinner/straight, lips, and deeper set eyes on the original, no, this was rendered using AI, one cannot expect to fool literal visual artists with AI…
Hell, even the original did not have a cleft chin…
Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with folks that render their original models using AI, just don't claim otherwise…

Truth is you are incapable of having a genuine and reasonable conversation about AI and you focus on your pro AI stance without any consideration for it's real world effects of destroying multiple industries causing poverty and disruption globally. I would discus it in depth with you but you don't want to listen to opinions , only give them.

There are a handful of companies that will dominate and make a huge profit while all industries lay off staff globally. All so a few can get very very rich.
Let me just point out that in the UK we are heading for a drought. Because AI is now considered nationally important will it be prioritized to use the drinking water over hosepipes, showers, drinking water for both human and livestock? Where does it end? Power cuts are coming so we can feed the AI with the electricity that used to power our PC's . Where will Ai art be then?
Lets drain all the reservoirs so we can generate crappy AI images.

Honestly - I thought I had seen some magical software in your " Software used " section with which you can get the last contrast out of a picture (with lots of buttons and sliders - i.e. manual work). Maybe I should stop smoking that weird weed from our garden after all ....
I took a closer look at the picture posted by JohnnyLuck777. Well - unless for whatever reason you forgot to mirror a copied section of the chest when working with Photoshop, the AI has played some dirty tricks on you: the abdominal muscles on the right side look upside down, there are diagonal muscles across the entire chest that don't exist ... and the left thumb - thanks to AI - indicates the onset of gout. That's AI ... or better said NI ( No Intelligence
Nevertheless: I like your models ... and Luis is perfect for my next project. It's just landed on my download list. Promo coming soon (without AI or post-processing

You aren't changing lights around in your scene. You aren't rendering with a new environment. You aren't creating a new mood. You're uploading a reference image, clicking some buttons, and poof - AI spits out something new for you.

I dont wish to attack in anyway, just pointing out the facts regarding the software being used.
This is from the IC Light2 webpage, they use words like AI driven generator right on the page. This is not specifically about you. It is the AI tools being used.

We're reaching a very high level of denial, and it's not good for anyone.By the way, I know that IC Lightv2 is based on AI Flux, to be more exact. And the first version was based on Stable Diffusion 1.5. It also allowed you to completely modify your character, whether you wanted it or not.

Everyone has the right to use the new AI tools as much as they want without issue, but on this site it is restricted up to a point, wheras Renderosity has countless AI images uploaded everyday without any issue. Daz3D also has an AI generated and enhanced gallery.
And being honest is alway the best policy. Why hide what you are doing unless... More respect to you for being honest.

You should always be honest in disclosing if you have used AI particularly in a community that prohibits it in their galleries and contests
