In Portals Nous, one of Mallorca's most sought-after locations, the Elements project brings together modern architecture, the Mediterranean landscape and luxurious living with views over the sea.

For the international marketing of the property, gmsvision developed photorealistic 3D renderings and an atmospheric 3D image film. The goal from the outset was not only to show the architecture, but to make the atmosphere of the location and the lifestyle of a luxury home on Mallorca visually tangible.

Large glass surfaces, reduced lines and natural materials connect the interiors with generous terraces and the surrounding landscape. The renderings focus on precise materials, natural lighting moods and the harmonious integration of the architecture into its setting, showing sea-view interiors and balconies, terrace lounges, a landscaped garden terrace, the pool area and a rooftop terrace with outdoor kitchen. The image film adds gentle camera movements and an emotional visual language.

Services: architectural visualization for a luxury property, photorealistic 3D renderings, lighting and material studies, 3D image film, cinemagraphs, concept and mood renderings.
