Clean cubic volumes, reduced lines and a flexible modular system: the Cubus design house in Düsseldorf can grow from a compact single-family home into a generous two-storey residence, adapting to the needs of its owners and the shape of the plot.

gmsvision created photorealistic exterior and interior renderings, a 3D animation film and virtual reality with 360 panoramas for the presentation and sales of the concept. The goal was to communicate modularity, flexibility and contemporary residential design at a glance.

The visual language is calm, with realistic daylight and a reduced material palette. The images show the house from outside, a minimalist living room with open kitchen and modern furniture, a kitchen with island and garden view through a large glass façade, and the house with pool and spacious terrace.

Services: architectural visualization for a modular residential concept, photorealistic exterior and interior renderings, lighting and material studies, 3D animation film, cinemagraphs, virtual reality and 360 panoramas, concept and mood visualizations.
