Directly opposite the Outer Alster in Hamburg-Uhlenhorst, the listed Alsterjuwel combines richly decorated Historicist façades with modern living comfort after an extensive renovation.

For developer HL Massivbau, gmsvision created photorealistic 3D renderings with photomatching that presented the restored historic architecture during the construction phase and supported the entire marketing process, from developers and agents to prospective buyers in the premium segment. The focus was on the ornate façade details, balconies and bay windows, with realistic lighting moods, precise materials and a seamless integration of the building into its existing surroundings.

The images show the historic building from the street, the restored façade with ornate balconies and bay windows, and a bird's-eye view of the row within the green surroundings by the Alster.

Services: architectural visualization of historic architecture, photorealistic 3D renderings, photomatching, exterior and interior visualizations.
