Are You Kidding Me?
3D Render by EltucoIn this test run of new 'game rip' characters we have DazCover's Dina and Jesse from 'The Last of Us 2' encountering Sonne's Maiden in Black from 'Demon's Souls..' Used to runners and clickers, neither post-outbreak scavanger has any idea what they face or why, and that 9mm handguns willl have little effect on a higher demon.
Then again, who said The Maiden was hostile?
DazCover's Genesis 9 depictions of Dina and Jesse are lovely, with lots of canonical detail. In this scene I switched out Dina's jacket for a shirt from supremeomega's Genesis 8 version to provide better clearance for her holster and knife. Both posed well, although pushing the bones resulted in some deformation of the clothing requiring a little adjustment of the figures. The latter is cited on the product pages. These are not serious issues in most cases and do not detract from great game rips.
Sonne's Maiden is also a great product with lots of potential beyond her game environment. For grins I set her up as a normal human and pushed her posing limits with few concerns. Her hair is quite up to the rest of the figure and can be adjusted for posing, which is not often encountered in game rips. In this scene she is straight 'out of the box' with a simple wizard pose and an added flame to her torchlighter.

Fri, Jan 05, 2024Hi and thanks!
The environment is Bikuka3d's 'Underground Corridor' available in DAZ. It's very long if you need the extra room with lots of debris and such. I shortened it for this scene by moving a wall and replaced a few props with others for taste though the ones provided are great. Cameras are included also. Lighting from the wall lamps are sufficient to light a scene; I turned these off to highlight The Maiden's torch. Textures are out of the box.
In all a great setting requiring little work to make a great setting for these types of scenes.

Sun, Jan 07, 2024Thank you! It's my model btw. I'm bituka3d too as well as tesla3dcorp. At first I forgot that model due to different set up and it shortened like what you said. But great job!

Sun, Jan 07, 2024You have some great stuff out there bituka. This one was a joy to work with - the cameras were spot on for positoning the figures in certain areas and the props were excellent. . Was a joy to work with.
Don't even get me started on your Tesla stuff. I have a lot of it and just bought more today in another DAZ sale. You might find some of your settings in my gallery though sometimes I switch textures here and there for taste. Keep up the good work!
