A test of TheFigureGuy's Sandrine for G8F
3D Render by EltucoIn this simple test we have TFG's Sandrine posed nearly out of the box in one of STZ's excellent settings to demonstrate her gracefully aging charm. Well textured and shaped, Sandrine is another example of what can be achieved if the need is for an attractive, realistic woman for any number of scenes. She responds well to posing and expressions, though like most custom characters straying from the G8F base, she can be a little overreactive with the latter, particularly with very emotional one- clickers. Not at all an issue, and the superb lines of her face are worth the effort.
Sandrine comes equipped with one-click G8F gens that are shaped and textured well, and respond well to morph sliders. She also comes with two pre set hair styles shaded appropriately in grey. I chose the Camille variant, and shaded it to taste. One lacking is an option to load either head or body morphs from the character's panel prompting a choice of using her as the base for a morph bashed character or digging the morphs out of Parameters. A small matter...
In this scene, the only changes to the character were a few tweaks to taste and including a little reduction of her chest and the addition of Breastacular to see how it worked with the character and is not necessary to achieve desired results. Her lady hairs are blends from LI and Tempesta shaded by Chevybabe,
In all, Sandrine is a great toon for your maturing ladies, and a welcome change from hour glassed pinup cuties. Definitely a worthy library edition.

Hi, very nice render for a slowly aging lady
I like the minimalism very much (guess a nice hdri and maybe 1-2 lights...). This also greatly favors the render time. Personally, I've moved a little away from DAZ Studio (poser and yes also iclone/character creator). At the moment, however, DAZ again, but no Genesis 8 figures. I've gotten a bit tired of them and the performance for more scenes with multiple characters is horrible. I'm back with the very nice (not perfect) Genesis 3 figures and catch myself converting Genesis 8 to 3.
Greetings Storm

Tue, Mar 11Hi Storm. Can't argue the sentiment. Genesis 8 is a bit sluggish at times, and Genesis 9 is worse, though the textures of the latter can be wonderful. Held off on 9s for quite awhile as I'm still running 1080tis...
I also agree regarding minimalist scenes. This one is actually quite complex with textures and props that took hours to assemble and fit that are nearly all winked out to cut runtimes. I always enjoyed assembling settings above all else - from period to post apocalyptical - fretting over cloth and wood textures on everything from rugs to weapons, only to find that folks seem to like tasteful pinups better....
