Where once bright neon lights flickered overhead in the bustling railyard, now Olive and Gwen are enveloped by the dying heartbeat of a city that once thrived. As they moved through the railyard ruins, their boots kicking up dust with every step. Constantly scanning the rubble-strewn alleys for danger, they remain calm even when a movement or noise causes them to go on high alert. The city had long since fallen, but gangs still prowled, hunting for scraps of tech, for old data caches that could buy survival. Gwen adjusted her visor, pulling up the latest patrol route, while Olive tapped her fingers against her gas canisters, ever ready. This was their world now—where flesh and circuit were indistinguishable, where survival was a matter of who detected the enemy first.

A distant explosion rattled the bones of the city. Gwen cursed, scanning for movement, while Olive traced the sound’s origin - a collapsed overpass, swallowing the last remnants of a rival faction. “They’re getting bolder,Olive muttered. Gwen smirked, unholstering a laser sword. Their patrols were no longer routine; it was a battle for control of a world teetering between extinction and reinvention. As they stepped forward into the haze, the city breathed its mechanical sigh—another night, another fight, another uncertain dawn.


I had been working on a different image, but I got inspired by an outfit (dForce urbanXedge Clothing for Genesis 9) from a new vendor (Man7a) at DAZ and this was the result. The lighting is an HDRI with several spotlights. For the fog I just used the Iray fog and ground fog in the environmental settings. I also used minimal post work in Gimp to help the image pop a bit more. The characters are Gwen and Olive from Pendragon (at DAZ), with a lot of additional morphs,. The outfit on the character on the left is a kit bash of Aeon Soul products.
