This project showcases a high-end residential property designed to blend luxury living with functional recreation. Modeled and rendered in SketchUp and Lumion, the visualization features a contemporary glass pavilion housing an indoor sport court, seamlessly connected to outdoor amenities including a pool terrace, dining pavilion, and landscaped gardens.

The architecture combines steel and glass structures with stone and natural wood finishes, creating a refined balance between transparency and texture. Interior lighting, reflection, and material detailing were carefully calibrated to highlight architectural rhythm and atmosphere throughout the day.
This visualization emphasizes the power of SketchUp and Lumion for rapid, photorealistic concept development — allowing for cinematic, client-ready presentations without the extended production time often associated with more complex rendering pipelines.
